I rented my apartment via
the web trough the
Gringo Management 6
months before I came to Rio for the
carnival.
It costs $935 USD for
13 nights. Usually it costs half of this
outside of the Carnival period in
February. The room has a large window
with the ocean view. It also has Cable
TV, Air Conditioned, hot water, a place to cook your meal
(but I never had a chance to use it) a
fridge, a safe in the room. It is on the
11th floor. A twenty four hour door man
is there all the time to open the gate
for you. They are very friendly.
It is located on Rua Djalma Ulrich next
to Lemos and Posto 6 and just beside the
Help Disco, the meeting place of Rio.
